You will need a torque wrench to get the job done.
Removing
1. We install the car on a viewing hole or overpass (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the mudguard (see "Mudguard - removal and installation").
3. Drain the oil from the crankcase (see "Engine oil - level check and change").
4. Turn off the nuts of the lower fastening of the front supports of the power unit to the cross member (see "Power unit supports - replacement").
5. Using a jack installed under the clutch housing, raise the power unit through the spacer and remove the support studs from the cross member. We hang the power unit to a wooden bar, placing it on the front fenders of the car.
6. socket wrench by 10 mm with an extension, unscrew the nineteen bolts securing the oil pan.
7. Remove the pallet and sealing gasket. If there are traces of gaskets on the surfaces of the pallet or block, remove them with a knife or other suitable tool.
Installation
1. We wash the inner surface of the oil pan with kerosene.
2. Installation of all removed parts is carried out in the reverse order, while replacing the pallet gasket with a new one.
3. We tighten the bolts of the oil pan evenly with the torque specified in the appendices (see "Applications"), without applying too much force to avoid deformation of the pallet flange.
4. Fill the engine with oil (see "Engine oil - level check and change").
