
We engage the gear and the parking brake, then use a 38 mm wrench to unscrew the crankshaft pulley mounting nut.

Using a mounting blade, we press the crankshaft pulley away from the front cover...

...and remove the pulley.

We pry up the front crankshaft seal with a screwdriver...

...and remove it from the lid.

After lubricating the working edge of the new cuff with engine oil, we press it into the cover, using the old cuff as a mandrel.
We install the pulley in the reverse order. At the same time, we make sure that the crankshaft key gets into the pulley groove.
