The A12-21-3 lamp is used for the rear fog light, reversing light, brake light, rear turn signal.
1. Open the trunk lid and turn the latch 90 degrees.

2. Remove the plastic cover of the lamp by removing its two hooks from the holes in the body.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the board.
4. Press the plastic latch down until the board disengages from the latch...
5....and carefully remove the board from the flashlight housing.
6. On the back side of the board, lamps are installed in holders. The lamp power is indicated on the board near the holder.
7. Remove the burnt-out bulb. To do this, press lightly on the bulb, turn it and remove it from the holder.
8. Replace the bulb. Insert the board into the flashlight housing and secure with the latch.
9. Connect the connector block with wires. The connector block is connected only in one position. Install the cover and turn the lock 90 degrees.
