To complete the work you will need:
- height adjustable stand (screw or hydraulic jack);
- inspection pit or overpass.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the engine splash guard (see "Engine Mudguard - Removal and Installation").
3. Place a height-adjustable support (jack) under the gearbox and lift the gearbox slightly, relieving the left support.
4. With a spanner by 17 mm we unscrew the three nuts securing the support to the gearbox.
5. With a spanner by 17 mm unscrew the nut of the bolt securing the support to the body, holding the bolt with a second wrench by 17 mm. We take out the bolt.
6. Remove the left support.
Installation
We install the support in the reverse order.
