The elastic cushions 9 of the front supports consist of rubber with vulcanized steel washers 10 with fastening bolts. To increase the rigidity of the supports, springs 7 are located in the central opening of the cushions, resting on insulating rings 6, and rubber-metal buffers 8 are located inside the springs to soften impacts. The cushions are attached to brackets 4 using intermediate plates 5. The right cushion is protected from heating from the side of the muffler pipe by a protective casing 1.
The rear support 11 is also rubber-metal, consisting of three steel plates with rubber separating them. The middle plate is attached to the gearbox, and the outer ones are attached to the crossmember of the rear engine suspension. Between the shelves of the crossmember, steel spacer bushings 12 are placed, protecting the shelves from deformation when tightening the fastening bolts.
Keep the engine mount clean - remove any dirt or oil, and tighten the mounting nuts and bolts if necessary.
