The front supports have rubber pads 9, in which steel washers with fastening bolts 10 are vulcanized. In the hole, inside the pads, there are springs 7, based on insulating rings 6, to increase the stiffness, and buffer 8 to soften shocks, which are a rubber rod with vulcanized steel sleeve.
The pillows are attached to the intermediate plates 5, which in turn are attached to the brackets 4 of the front engine mount. Brackets are fixed with four studs on flange 3 of the cylinder block. To protect the right cushion from the hot exhaust pipe of the mufflers, a protective cover 1 is installed under it.
The rear support 11 consists of three steel plates vulcanized to the rubber separating them. The upper plate is attached to the rear cover of the gearbox, and the lower ones are attached to the cross member 13 of the rear engine mount.
In order not to deform the shelves of the crossbar when tightening the bolts of the support, spacers 12 are installed between the shelves.
Caring for the engine mount consists in cleaning the rubber parts from oil and dirt, as well as, if necessary, tightening the nuts and bolts.
