Front seats — adjustment (VAZ-11113)

Before driving, adjust the seat position so that you feel comfortable behind the wheel. An uncomfortable seating position increases fatigue, which can negatively affect driving safety.

The front seats are adjustable in the longitudinal direction (back and forth), by the angle of the backrest and the height of the headrest.

Warning! Do not adjust the seat position while driving: you may lose control of the vehicle.

The correct position of the headrest is at the level of the middle of the back of the head.



1. To adjust the seat longitudinally, lift the locking lever handle, move together with the seat to the desired position and release the handle.



2. To adjust the position of the seat back, press the seat back adjustment handle (for passenger seat) or lift it up (for driver's seat) and adjust the backrest to a position that is comfortable for you.





3. For more precise adjustment, move the smooth adjustment handle up or down.



4. To place passengers in the rear seat, press down on the seatback adjustment handle and...



5....tilt the seat back forward.



6. To adjust the height of the front seat head restraint, move it up or down.
