The air entering the passenger compartment through the air intake passes through the heater. Depending on the position of the air intake hatch levers and the control of the heater valve, either heated or cold air enters the car's passenger compartment.
Interior ventilation and heating controls: 1 – heater electric fan switch; 2 – rotary deflectors; 3 – air intake hatch control lever; 4 – heater tap control lever
Attention! The rear window heating consumes a lot of energy. Therefore, to avoid discharging the battery, it is recommended to use it with the engine running and only for the time required to clean the glass.

3. If necessary (when driving at low speed) turn on the heater electric fan by moving its switch to the position corresponding to low or high rotation speed.

4. To change the direction of the air flow, rotate the deflectors, directing the flow to the windshield, into the passenger compartment or to the side door windows.

5. Open the heater casing cover to supply warm air to the driver's and passenger's feet.

6. To warm up the windshield faster, close the heater housing cover.

7. If the ambient temperature is very low, move the air intake lid control lever to the left part of its travel to limit the amount of cold air.

8. To eliminate fogging or freezing of the rear door glass, with the ignition on, press the rear window heating switch (to the left of the steering column on the instrument panel). At the same time, the control lamp in the upper arm of the key will light up (shown by arrow).
