To complete the work you will need a band clamp with a length of 100 to 130 mm.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four screws connecting the casings and the screw A that attaches them to the steering column switch. Remove the hazard warning light switch B from the mounting hole in the casings.

3. Lower the lower casing and use nippers to cut the tape clamp securing the wiring harness to the casing. Remove the casing.

4. Remove the sealing ring from the upper casing and ignition switch.

5. Remove the upper steering shaft cover from the bracket.

Installation
1. Using a strap clamp, secure the steering column switch wiring harness to the lower casing of the steering shaft.

2. Cut off the free end of the clamp with side cutters.
3. Installation of the remaining parts is carried out in reverse order.
