Assembly of front doors (VAZ-21051)

1. Assemble the front doors in the reverse order of disassembly.

2. When installing the window lift, check that the cable is positioned correctly on the drum; the cable turns should not overlap each other.

3. After installing the window lift mechanism and cable on the rollers, adjust the tension of the cable with the tension roller, the stroke of the lowering glass and make sure that the window lift operates smoothly.

4. Before installing the door trim, check the fastening of the plastic spring holders.
