Fastening the inner handle of the door lock drive
1 – handle mounting screw; 2 – inner handle; 3 – nut for fastening the axle of the tension roller of the window lifter cable
When replacing door parts and mechanisms, it must be disassembled.
1. Loosen the screws securing the armrest and remove it. Using a screwdriver, remove the trim 1 with the inner door handle 2.
2. Remove the window lift handle 2 by pressing the handle socket and removing the retaining spring using tool 1 A.78034.
3. Overcoming the force of the spring plastic holders, remove the door trim.
4. With the lowering glass in the upper position, unscrew the screws 1 securing the rear channel and the nut securing the front channel, remove the channel and lower the glass down (2 – window lift cable; 3 – nuts for fastening the window lift mechanism; 4 – internal handle of the lock drive; 5 – tension roller; 6 – stop for the lowering glass).
5. After loosening the nut of the tension roller 5 of the window lifter, disconnect the cable 2 from the lowering glass clip, remove it from the rollers, lower the glass down and, tilting its lower edge towards you, remove it from the door through the lower opening.

6. Unscrew the 3 fastening nuts and remove the window lift mechanism.
7. Remove the lowering glass seal, unscrew the screws securing the turning glass frame and remove it together with the frame.
8. Unscrew button 7 (see fig. Front right door lock) lock locks and screws 1 (see fig. Fastening the inner handle of the door lock drive) fastening bracket of internal handle 2 drives of lock; unscrew screws 3 (1 – lock button; 2 – lock lock rod) and remove the lock together with the drive rods, having first disconnected rod 15 (see fig. Front right door lock) from the lock switch leash.
9. Remove the outer door lock handle by unscrewing the mounting nuts.
10. Loosen the bolts and remove the door stop.
11. Remove the lower glass seals together with the holders.
