Using a 19 mm spanner, unscrew the two nuts securing the lower arm axle to the crossmember.

We drive a wedge (chisel) between the axle and the crossbar and…

…remove the lower arm.
We mark the number and location of the adjusting washers between the lower arm axis and the cross member so that when installing the arm, we can put these washers back in their original place.

We clamp the lower arm axle in a vice and press out the rubber-metal hinge with a device. Having removed the part from the vice, we extract the axle from the arm through the free hole.
We install new rubber-metal hinges in the following order:

we press in one hinge,…

…we insert the axle with washers through the free hole in the lever and…

...we press in the second hinge. To install the stop of the device, we insert a bolt of the appropriate diameter into the hole of the lever.
We install the lower arms on the car in the reverse order of removal.

If necessary (cracks, delaminations) replace the compression stroke buffer. To do this, first wet its end with soapy water and pry it off with a screwdriver, then remove it from its seat. Install the new buffer also using soap and a screwdriver.
