Removal
1. Remove the engine splash guard (see "Engine Mudguard - Removal and Installation").
2. Drain the oil from the engine (see "Lubrication system - oil and oil filter replacement").
3. Remove the lower cover of the clutch housing (see "Gearbox - removal and installation").
4. Key by 10 mm we unscrew 16 bolts securing the engine oil pan.
Note: Special shaped washers are installed under the heads of the oil pan bolts.
5. Remove the pan and gasket and remove the pan gasket.
Installation
We install the new gasket and the pan in the reverse order.
To evenly distribute the gasket, tighten the oil pan mounting bolts in the direction from the middle to the edges.
