Removal
1. Remove the engine protection (see "Engine protection - removal and installation").
2. Drain the oil from the engine (see "Oil and oil filter change").
3. Remove the lower casing of the clutch housing (see items 16, 17 "Gearbox - removal and installation").
4. Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the 16 oil pan mounting bolts.
Note: There are washers under the heads of the oil pan bolts - do not lose them.
5. Remove the engine oil pan.
6. Remove the pan gasket.
We replace the damaged or lost elasticity pan gasket.
Installation
We install the sump, crankcase gasket and all removed parts on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
To evenly distribute the gasket, tighten the tray mounting bolts in the direction from the middle to the edges.
