Removal
1. Remove the flywheel (see "Flywheel - removal and installation").
Warning: When performing the following operation, be careful not to scratch the running surface of the crankshaft.
2. Pry up the seal with a screwdriver...

...and remove it from its seat.

Installation
1. Apply clean engine oil to the working edge of the new seal and press it evenly until it stops using a plastic hammer.

Tip: You can also press in the seal with a regular hammer, using the old seal as a mandrel.
2. We carry out further assembly of the engine in the reverse order of disassembly.
