The horn is located in the engine compartment and is attached to a bracket welded to the radiator frame panel.
Sound signal connection diagram:
1 – sound signal; 2 – mounting block; 3 – Sound signal switch; K6 – sound signal relay; A – to power sources.
You will need: a 13 mm wrench and a screwdriver.
1. Disconnect the wire from the "–" terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the radiator grilles (see "Removal and installation radiator grilles") and disconnect the two wires from the signal terminals.

3. Unscrew the nut securing the signal bracket to the body…

4. …and remove the sound signal.

5. If necessary, unscrew the mounting nut and remove the bracket from the signal housing.

6. Clean the oxidized signal leads.

7. Clamp the horn in a vice by the bracket and connect the wires to the battery and to the horn terminals ("-" to the upper horn terminal, "+" to the lower one).

8. Turn the adjusting screw in the appropriate direction until the signal sounds loud and clear. If this fails, replace the horn.

9. Install the horn and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
