2. Disengage the ends of the spring retainer from engagement with the bearing sleeve.

3. Remove the bearing from the guide sleeve.
4. Press the four tabs of the spring retainer and remove it. Then remove the bearing from the coupling.

5. Before installation, check the new bearing. It should rotate easily, without jamming and without any play.
6. Install the bearing on the coupling so that the protruding part of the inner ring is directed away from the coupling, and secure it with the holder.

Before installing the bearing on the guide bushing, lubricate the bushing with a thin layer of grease.
7. Secure the coupling with the bearing using the spring retainer and install the gearbox in place.
