2. Carefully pry the protective cover with a screwdriver, remove it from the hole in the crankcase and remove it from the clutch release fork.
Be sure to replace the torn protective cover.
3. Use a screwdriver to press and remove the ends of the spring from the clutch release bearing sleeve tabs.
4. Remove the clutch release bearing from the guide sleeve.
The clutch release bearing is of a closed type and does not require lubrication during operation.
5. Remove the spring.
6. Loosen the three mounting bolts and remove the guide bushing.
7. Use a screwdriver to pry up the protrusion and remove the plastic sleeve of the clutch release fork.
8. Remove the fork axle from the support sleeve.
9. Remove the clutch engagement fork by moving its lever out of the hole in the clutch housing.
10. Install the clutch release fork and bearing in reverse order, taking into account the following:
11. When installing the fork, lubricate the fork bushings with SHRUS-4 grease.
12. Tighten the guide bushing mounting bolts to a torque of 5-6.5 N·m (0.5-0.65 kgf·m).
13. Install the ends of the spring onto the clutch legs as shown in the photo.
