The car uses a low and high beam lamp of the AKG12-60+55 type.
Warning: Halogen lamps heat up to a high temperature during operation. Do not touch the bulb with your hands: it will leave greasy marks on it, as a result of which the bulb will darken and, possibly, the lamp will burn out. If you accidentally touch the bulb, wipe it with a clean cloth moistened with alcohol.
To replace the bulb in the right headlight, remove the washer reservoir and...
...move it to the side. To replace the bulb in the left headlight, remove the spare tire (see subsection 2.18, operations 1-3).
Disconnect the connector block from the headlight bulb contacts.
Remove the protective cap from the headlight.
Move the spring clip tabs of the lamp base apart, remove them from the headlight reflector slots and...
...turn the spring latch down.
Remove the lamp from the reflector (see warning).
Install the new bulb in the reverse order of removal. Check and, if necessary, adjust the headlight beams (see subsection 3.39).
