It is possible to determine the need for alignment using a more convenient method, but this requires that all wheels be equipped with tires of the same model and size, without defects on the side surfaces.
We stretch strong threads between the front and rear wheels at the level of their axles. We hook the wire hooks at the ends of the threads onto the tread.

We install liners between the threads and the sides of the rear wheels in their front part.

When toe is adjusted correctly, the wires on the back of the front wheels should just barely touch the sidewall.
The thickness of the liners is 28, 31, 34 or 37 mm, which corresponds to a wheel toe-in of 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm.
If the wheel alignment requires adjustment, then..

…using two 13 mm wrenches, loosen the clamping clamps on the threaded coupling of the side rods of the steering linkage.

By turning the coupling, we adjust the length of the side rods of the steering drive and, accordingly, the toe-in of the wheels until the gaps between the threads and the sidewalls of the tires on both wheels disappear.

After adjustment, tighten the steering rod clamps.
