It is made of energy-absorbing material and consists of the panel itself 15 (figure 166), made of plastic, and overlay 1, which is made of a metal frame covered with an energy-absorbing layer of polyurethane foam. The overlay is covered with a decorative film on top.
The panel is attached to the body with five self-tapping screws with brackets. The fifth screw is screwed in from the glove compartment. The upper screws are closed with plastic plugs. The air ducts for interior ventilation are attached to the panel from below. The interior heater is located under the panel. The instrument cluster with a visor 13 to eliminate reflection from the windshield, console trim 12 with a box 8 for small items, with an ashtray 11, a cigarette lighter and switches, a glove compartment, nozzles for interior ventilation, and heater control levers are installed on the instrument panel. There is a shelf under the glove compartment.
