Note. Replacing the dipped beam bulb is shown on the left headlight. Replacing the dipped beam bulb of the right headlight is done in the same way, but there is no need to remove the battery. It is enough to turn off the external lighting and ignition.
Warning. Do not touch the bulbs of halogen lamps with your fingers. Work in clean cotton gloves without rubber coating. Fat fingerprints remaining on the lamp bulb will shorten its service life several times. After accidentally touching the bulb with your fingers, wipe the bulb with a clean cloth dampened with alcohol.
Removing
1. We prepare the car for repair work.
2. Remove the terminal from the battery.
3. Turn the cover of the dipped beam section of the headlight counterclockwise and remove it from the headlight.
4. Remove the wire tip from the lamp output.
5. We release the spring clip of the lamp.
6. Pulling the spring clip up, remove the lamp from the section reflector, holding it by the output.
7. Replace the low beam lamp with a new one.
Installation
We install a new dipped beam lamp on the car in the reverse order. Before connecting the wire end, make sure that the lamp is securely fixed in the reflector hole.
