Micromotor-reducer with heater flap position sensor — replacement (VAZ-2112)

Removal

Warning! Do not remove the micromotor-reducer from the heater unless absolutely necessary.

1. Remove the left part of the heater housing (see "Interior heater - removal and installation").

2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the micromotor-reducer to the heater body.



3. Using a slotted screwdriver, remove the micromotor-reducer from the damper axis.

Installation

We install the micromotor-reducer and the heater in the reverse order. In this case, before connecting the micromotor-reducer to the damper axis, we turn the damper to the lower position and align the projection of the reducer shaft with the recess in the damper axis.
