Warning: The coolant level should be checked when the engine is cold.
The coolant level should be between the upper and lower marks on the expansion tank body.

Warning! A slight increase or decrease in the coolant level when the engine heats up and cools down is not a malfunction. This is due to the thermal change in the volume of the liquid.
If the coolant level on a cold engine gradually decreases, it is necessary to check the tightness of the system.
Sequence of execution
1. Check for fluid leaks from the radiator drain holes and engine block, coolant temperature sensor installation locations, cooling system rubber hose connections, and their integrity.
2. Check the integrity of the expansion tank housing, engine radiators and heater.
3. We make sure that the thermostat housing is tight, as well as the connection between the coolant pump and the cylinder block.
4. Check for leaks from the coolant pump drain hole (is located at the bottom of the pump body). Fluid leaking through the hole indicates wear or damage to the seal.
