Note: The rear doors can be fitted with power windows similar to those fitted in the front doors (see "Front door window lifter - removal and installation").
Removal
1. Remove the door trim (see "Rear door trim - removal and installation").
2. Remove the door lock (see "Rear door lock - removal and installation").
3. Remove the spacer sleeve from the window lifter drive shaft.
4. Put the window lift handle on the drive mechanism shaft and lower the glass so that the glass bracket mounting bolts match the opening in the inner door panel. Using a socket wrench by 10 mm with an extension, loosen the bolts securing the glass bracket to the window lifter guide. Then, holding the glass, completely unscrew the glass mounting bolts, after which lower the glass down.
5. Rotate the handle to move the sliding plate of the window lifter guide down to the stop. Remove the window lifter handle from the drive shaft.
6. With a socket wrench by 8 mm unscrew the three nuts securing the window lifter drive mechanism (1). Using a socket wrench by 10 mm unscrew the two nuts securing the window regulator guide (2).

7. Remove the window regulator from the door.
Installation
We install the window regulator in the reverse order.
