To remove the fuel tank installed in the luggage compartment, drain the fuel from the tank. For tanks without drain holes, remove as much fuel as possible. Remove the tank guard, disconnect the hoses and electrical wires from the fuel level sensor, unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the tank.
Install the tank in reverse order.
