Drain the oil from the crankcase.
Drain the liquid from the engine cooling system (see Coolant replacement).
Disconnect the upper radiator hose (see Engine Radiator Replacement) and lower radiator hose (see Thermostat replacement).
Unscrew the four nuts securing the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold (see Replacing parts of the exhaust system) and key «at 13» unscrew the bolt securing to the gearbox bracket.
Remove the exhaust pipe from the manifold studs and lower it.
Loosen the top two engine mount nuts (see Engine mount pad replacement).
Putting a wooden block, rest the jack in the clutch housing (engine can be lifted with a hoist).
Raise the engine «helping» Use a screwdriver to remove the pillow studs from the holes in the brackets.

...and take it off.
Install the removed parts in reverse order. We recommend replacing the oil pan gasket with a new one, preferably with cork chips in rubber. We wrap the pan mounting bolts gradually, just as we did when replacing the cylinder head gasket. We lower the engine, correcting the studs of the pillows with a screwdriver into the holes of the engine brackets. Fill the engine with fresh engine oil.
