Remove the ventilation hoses, unscrew the fastening nuts and remove the cylinder head cover. Unscrew the two bolts securing the oil separator housing, remove the housing and the mesh. Wash the removed parts with gasoline.
The carburetor's crankcase gas supply hose fitting is cleaned and washed with acetone or gasoline.
