1. Loosen the clamps and disconnect both hoses from the heater tap pipes from inside the passenger compartment under the instrument panel.
2. Loosen the clamps and disconnect both hoses from the heater tap pipes in the engine compartment.
3. Unscrew the two nuts securing the heater tap.
4. Remove the heater tap from the front shield.
5. Remove the heater tap rod holder.
6. Disconnect the rod from the heater valve lever.
7. Remove the gearshift lever protective boot from the floor tunnel trim.
8. Remove the floor tunnel trim panel.
9. Remove the floor tunnel trim mounting screw at the rear of the tunnel.
10. Remove the floor tunnel trim by sliding it back.
11. Remove the internal ventilation duct by disconnecting it from the heater body.
12. Disconnect the wires from the heater motor.
13. Disconnect the wires from the heater resistor.
14. Unscrew the two mounting nuts on the right side of the heater.
15. Unscrew the two fastening nuts on the left side (the heater ground wire is secured under the lower nut) and remove the heater with the control panel.
