Caution! Before installing the gearbox, it is recommended to lubricate the splines of the input shaft and the outer surface of the clutch release bearing guide sleeve with a thin layer of consistent grease.
Attention! Center the driven clutch disc using a special mandrel.
1. Install the gearbox in reverse order, taking into account the following:
Tightening torques for threaded connections see Appendix 3.
2. When connecting the front wheel drives to the gearbox, replace the retaining rings on the splined ends of the inner CV joints. Otherwise, there is a risk of the drives disconnecting from the gearbox while driving.
3. Perform the final tightening of the nut securing the tie rod to the lever with the suspension loaded and the vehicle on the ground.
