Note. The work is shown on a VAZ 2112 hatchback. On a VAZ 2110 sedan, the bumper has the same attachment points. The bumper of a VAZ 2111 station wagon is secured at the top with four screws (in the trunk door opening), and it does not have license plate lights installed.
An assistant will be needed to complete the job.
Removal
1. Using a 10 mm deep-head socket wrench, unscrew the two nuts securing the lower bumper mount (one nut on each side of the car).

(The article is taken from the website VAZBOOK)
2. Using the same key, unscrew the two bolts, (one on each side) securing the bumper from above. The bolts are located next to the rear lights.

Warning: When performing the following work, do not move the bumper too far from the body to avoid damaging the license plate light wiring.
3. Carefully, trying not to damage the paintwork of the body, simultaneously move the bumper back from both sides and remove it from the brackets.

4. Remove the rubber plug (3) in the rear body panel (1), pull out the wiring harness connector (2). Disconnect the connectors.

Installation
We install the rear bumper and all previously removed parts on the car in the reverse order.
