Removal, installation, replacement of the front wing (VAZ-2110)

Removal

1. Remove the front fender liner.

2. Remove the front bumper.

3. Remove the decorative threshold trim.

4. Using an 8 mm socket wrench, unscrew:

a) self-tapping screw for the lower wing mount;



b) two self-tapping screws for the rear wing mount;



c) front wing mounting screw;



d) four self-tapping screws for the upper wing mount.





5. Carefully, trying not to damage the headlight, remove the wing (first, we move the wing away from the body from the rear, remove the socket with the bulb from the side turn signal, and then remove it from engagement with the headlight diffuser).

Installation

We install the front wing and all removed parts on the car in the reverse order.

Helpful Hint: After installing the front fender (before installing the mudguard) treat the wing, especially the rear part, with an anti-corrosion coating.
