To perform repair work, you will need an angled reversible screwdriver.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for repair work.
2. Remove the right and left center console trims.
3. Move the front seats forward as far as they will go.
4. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws of the rear fastening of the upper part of the floor tunnel trim on both sides of the ashtray.

5. Move the seats back as far as they will go.
6. Using a special angle screwdriver, or by unscrewing the four nuts securing the front seats and folding the seats back, unscrew the two screws securing the middle part of the upper part of the trim.

7. Using a slotted screwdriver, remove the window lift control buttons.

8. To avoid confusion during assembly, mark the connecting connectors for the window lifter control.

9. Using a thin slotted screwdriver, press the latches and disconnect the connectors from the window lift buttons.

10. Raise the parking brake lever.
11. Using the same screwdriver, press the locks of the parking brake lever frame and disconnect it from the floor tunnel trim. Move the frame up the lever.

12. Similarly, remove the gear shift lever cover.

13. Pull the lower end of the lever out of the ball joint with an upward jerk. Remove the gear shift handle together with the cover.

14. Disconnect the two pairs of cigarette lighter connectors.
15. Lift the rear part of the upper floor tunnel trim and move it back, disengaging the front part of the trim from the center console.

16. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the air duct mounting nut.

17. Remove the air duct, removing its front part from the hole in the lower part of the floor tunnel trim.

18. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the six nuts securing the lower part of the floor tunnel trim (two nuts in the front part of the trim, two in the rear, and two near the gear shift lever).

19. Remove the lower part of the overlay.

Installation
We install the pads and all previously removed parts on the car in the reverse order. When connecting the wire connectors to the switches, we orient ourselves according to the marks applied during disassembly.
