Note: The work is shown on the front left seat. The right seat is removed and installed in the same way.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for repair work.
2. Move the seat forward until it stops.
3. Disengage the end of the upper torsion bar from engagement with the front seat pillar.

Warning: Be careful when performing the following operation, as you may break the bracket retainer.
4. Using a slotted screwdriver, remove the torsion bar from the retainer of the right seat mounting bracket.

5. Remove the lower end of the torsion bar from the hole in the left seat mounting bracket.

6. Using a 13 mm deep-head socket wrench, unscrew the four nuts securing the two seat brackets and remove the brackets from the studs.

7. Fold the front seat back and use an 8 mm socket wrench to unscrew the two bolts securing the front runners.

8. After moving the seat forward, use an 8 mm socket wrench to unscrew the three bolts securing the rear runners.

Warning: When removing the front seats from the vehicle, be careful - you can get hurt or scratch the interior trim with the sharp ends of the runners.
9. Remove the seat through the front door opening.

Installation
We install the seat and all previously removed parts on the car in the reverse order.
