Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the door lock button.
3. From the back of the window handle (1) insert the blade of a thin slotted screwdriver between the socket (3) and handle lining (2). We press the facing of the handle from the socket, releasing the latch (ledge), located on the inside of the handle facing. In this position...
...we move the lining along the axis of the handle and remove it.
4. Remove the power window handle and socket from the power window drive mechanism shaft.
5. Remove the inner door handle (see "Front door upholstery - removal and installation").
6. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the bottom trim of the door trim.
7. Remove the pad.
8. Slotted screwdriver with a wide blade (laying under it a fabric folded in several layers) wring the upholstery from the door. At the same time, we remove eight holders for fastening the upholstery from the door holes (see "Front door upholstery - removal and installation").
9. Slightly lift upholstery and remove it from the door.
Installation
Install the door trim in reverse order.
Before installing the upholstery, check the fastening holders. Deformed or damaged holders are replaced.
When installing the upholstery on the door, we combine the upholstery holders with the holes in the door panel and with light blows of the base of the palm we sink the holders into the holes.
