To complete the job you will need a hex key by 8 mm with extension and vice with soft pads.
Removal
1. Remove the brake pads (see "Rear brake pads - replacement") and brake cylinder (see "Rear Wheel Brake Cylinder - Replacement").
2. With a hex key by 8 mm through the hole in the hub flange, unscrew the four bolts that secure it.

3. Passing the parking brake cable through the hole in the support shield, remove the hub assembly with the shield.

4. Secure the shield in a vice with soft pads. Using a large Phillips screwdriver and a ratchet, unscrew the two shield mounting screws.

5. Remove the shield from the hub.
Installation
1. Assemble in reverse order.
2. Remove air from the hydraulic drive system (see "Hydraulic brake drive - bleeding").
3. To automatically adjust the gaps between the brake pads and the drum after installing the drum, press the brake pedal several times.
4. Adjust the parking brake system (see "Parking brake - adjustment").
