Tip: To avoid mixing up the terminals on the ignition module (ignition coil), it is more convenient to replace high-voltage wires one by one.
1. Prepare the vehicle for the operation (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Disconnect the high-voltage wires from the spark plugs.

3. Disconnect the high-voltage wire tips from the ignition module (coil).

4. With a multimeter (in ohmmeter mode) we measure the resistance of the wires.

5. The resistance of serviceable wires (depending on the length) should be within 3.5-10.0 kOhm.
Recommendation: High-voltage wires should be replaced as a set.
6. Connect the wires to the spark plugs and the ignition coil in accordance with the cylinder numbers marked on the wires and on the ignition coil (see "Ignition coil (module) - checking and replacement").
Warning! Connect the wires to the ignition module only in accordance with the cylinder serial number. The wire insulation is marked with the cylinder serial number.
