- viewing hole or flyover;

Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. We pry off the cover with a screwdriver...
... and, turning the handle to the right and left, we pull it up together with the cover, and also remove the polyethylene tube and the foam rubber ring from the lever.
3. Holding key by 13 mm the bolt of fastening the thrust to the lever from turning, unscrew the nut with a second wrench of the same size.
4. We remove the bolt and remove the lever from the thrust fork.
5. We take out the plastic centering bushings.
6. Remove the steel spacer bushing from the lever hole.
7. For the convenience of removing the thrust, we remove the lining of the floor tunnel (see "Floor tunnel overlay - removal and installation").
8. Bottom car key by 10 mm unscrew the four fastening nuts and remove the screen.
9. We mark the mutual position of the drive rod and the hinge.
10. Holding key by 13 mm clamp bolt, loosen the nut with a second wrench of the same size.
11. Unclench the clamp with a screwdriver and move it along the rod.
12. We apply a penetrating lubricant to the connection of the rod with the hinge.
13. Unclench the rod with a screwdriver.
14. Disconnect the rod from the hinge.
15. In the car interior, remove the rubber seal from the hole in the car body.
16. We push the seal and the rod through the hole down.
17. From the inspection hole, remove the traction assembly with the seal.
18. Remove the seal from the rod.
19. To remove the lever, remove the right trim of the instrument panel console (see "Dashboard - removal and installation").
20. Key by 13 mm unscrew the two bolts of the rear mounting of the arm bracket...
...and three front ones.
21. Remove the bracket assembly with the lever.
Installation
We install the parts of the gear selector drive in reverse order. At the same time, we apply grease to the threaded part of the rod fastening bolts and combine the marks applied before disassembly.
We check the operation of the gear shift mechanism, if necessary, adjust its drive (see below).
Adjustment
1. Move the gear lever to the neutral position.
2. Loosen the clamp of the gearshift drive rod (see above, paragraph 10).
3. Inside the car, the assistant sets the lever almost vertically (moving back a little), and hold it in this position.
4. Key by 13 mm tighten the nut of the coupling bolt of the drive rod clamp, holding the bolt from turning with a wrench of the same size.
5. We check whether all gears are easily included. Repeat the adjustment if necessary.
Note: When engaging the third or fifth gear, the hand must not rest against the instrument panel console. When engaging reverse gear or fifth gear, the gearshift lever must not fall on the front seat cushions (set to the middle position).
