A defective pressure regulator is recommended to be replaced as an assembly.
1. Disconnect the elastic pressure control arm from the rear suspension beam. To do this, remove the retaining ring and washer. Then remove the earring from the rear suspension arm pin.
2. Disconnect the brake pipes from the pressure regulator by unscrewing the union nuts. Plug the holes in the brake pipes. Mark the tubes so as not to confuse them during further installation of the regulator.
3. Turn away two nuts of fastening of an arm to a body and remove a regulator of pressure in gathering with an arm and a drive.
4. If it is necessary to replace the drive parts, unscrew the fixing lever mounting bolt and disconnect the drive lever from the elastic lever.
5. When connecting the drive lever to the elastic lever, the latch fork must enter the groove on the elastic lever.
6. Install the regulator in the reverse order of removal.
7. After installing the regulator, crimp the earring bracket with pliers.
8. Remove air from the hydraulic brake system (see «Bleeding the brake system») and adjust the pressure regulator actuator (see
«Pressure Regulator Actuator Adjustment»).
