Remove the air duct of the deflector pipes from the heater, unscrew the screws securing the clamping brackets 2, 5, 7 (see fig. 178) and disconnect the rods from the control levers. Remove four spring clips 9 (see fig. 177) and disconnect the casing 6 of the fan from the casing 4 of the radiator, take out the radiator 12 with gasket 3. Unscrew the two nuts securing the roof 1 of the air intake and remove the cover with gasket 2.
Remove the faucet 14 with the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe 16. having previously unscrewed the fastening nuts.
They remove the guide casing 5, disconnect the electrical wires of the resistor and the fan motor, remove the spring clips 20 and take out the electric fan and pillows 19. Unscrew the nut for fastening the impeller 17 of the fan and remove it from the motor shaft. Unscrew the two nuts securing the air distribution cover 8 and remove the cover.
If necessary, remove the motor resistor.
The heater is assembled in the reverse order. Before assembly, inspect the heater casing and seals, if necessary, replace them with new ones. When assembling, it is necessary to pay attention to the correct installation of sealing gaskets and the reliability of tightening the hose clamps.
