Remove the door trim (see subsection 9.6.1.). If the window was lowered, raise it until it stops.
1. Remove the two screws securing the inner door lock handle.
2. Remove the three screws securing the door lock.
3. Disconnect the rod from the outer door lock drive.
4. Push the lock inside the door.
5. Remove the lock and actuator from the door and...
6....push the door handle into the door.

7. Use pliers to squeeze the latches of the rod holder and push the holder into the door.
8. Remove the door lock assembly with the drive rods from the vehicle.
9. Install the lock in the reverse order of removal. Check the ease of opening and the reliability of the door locking. Adjust the lock if necessary.
