Removal and installation seats
To remove the front seat, move it all the way back, unscrew the screw and unscrew the nut securing the guides to the floor. Then move the seat all the way forward, unscrew the screws securing the guides and remove the seat assembly.
To remove the back of the rear seat, bend the tabs on the wheel arches and remove the back. The rear seat cushion is removed without additional operations.
In cars 2102 and 21021, to remove the rear seat cushion, you need to unscrew the bolts that secure the hinges to the body. To remove the seat back, unscrew the screws that secure the hinges to the seat back.
The seats are installed in the reverse order.
Disassembly and assembly of front seat adjustment mechanisms
Disassembly and assembly are performed on the removed seats. When disassembling the travel mechanism, bend the edges of the sliders 4 (see fig. 199) and guides 3 of the slide, remove all balls 7 and shift the guides relative to the sliders until the rollers 8 come out. To assemble the movement mechanism, place the rollers in the groove of the slider and push the guide on. Then insert the balls and bend the edges.
When disassembling the backrest tilt mechanism, disconnect spring 9 from the rod and knock out the pin connecting the rod to the amplifier 6. Remove cotter pin 5, unscrew the rod (left thread) and remove the rod from the bracket.
The mechanism is assembled in reverse order.
