Worn, damaged or destroyed rubber-metal hinges of the stabilizer struts are pressed out on a press using mandrels with an outer diameter of 34 and 37 mm and an inner diameter of 16 mm.
Before installing new hinges, lubricate the sockets and the hinges themselves with a washer fluid. The hinges are pressed in on a press using special mandrels.
The anti-roll bar assembly is carried out on a special device, which ensures the symmetrical installation of the cushions relative to the center line of the stabilizer and the size between the cushions (700±1) mm.
