- jack
- support stand
Advice: We recommend replacing the standard jack with a screw or hydraulic one.
Tip: On soft ground, we recommend placing additional support, such as a wooden block, under the bottom platform of the jack.
Warning! Do not work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always place stable supports under the vehicle.

Caution! Before jacking up the front of the vehicle, be sure to apply the parking brake and place chocks under the rear wheels.
Caution: Before jacking up the rear of the vehicle, engage first gear and place blocks under the front wheels.

1. Place the lower support platform of the jack on a horizontal surface.

2. Check that the lower support pad of the jack is located exactly under the socket on the car body.

3. Check that the jack heel fits into the socket on the body.

4. Raise the car by turning the jack handle. This should be done carefully, since if installed incorrectly, the jack may "fold" due to its insufficient transverse rigidity. 5. Install the support stands. Lower the jack slightly so that the car rests on the stands.

6. When raising the rear of the vehicle, the struts are installed under the rear suspension beam.

7. When raising the front of the vehicle, the struts are installed under the side members.

8. When raising the vehicle with a lift, place the paws under the jack sockets.
