Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the hose from the shock absorber bracket (see "Front Brake Hose - Replacement").
3. Through the inspection hole in the floating bracket of the caliper, slightly move the brake pads apart so that they move away from the brake disc.
4. Loosen the tightening of the lower end of the hose (see "Front Brake Hose - Replacement").
5. With a socket wrench by 17 mm we unscrew the two bolts that secure the caliper to the steering knuckle.

6. Remove the caliper assembly from the brake disc.

Warning: Do not press the brake pedal with the brake caliper removed.
7. Rotate the caliper, unscrew the lower end of the brake hose from it and remove the caliper from the car.
Installation
1. Install the caliper in reverse order.
2. Remove air from the brake hydraulic system (see "Hydraulic brake drive - bleeding").
