Removal
Warning! Brake discs are replaced in pairs, in both front wheel brake mechanisms at once.
Warning! Minimum brake disc thickness is 17.8 mm.
1. Remove the caliper from the brake disc without disconnecting the brake hose from it (see "Front Brake Caliper - Removal and Installation").
2. To avoid damaging the brake hose, tie the caliper to the strut spring with wire.

3. Using a metal brush, clean the cylindrical seating surface of the brake disc on the hub from dirt and rust and treat this area with penetrating lubricant.

4. With a deep-head socket wrench by 7 mm we unscrew the guide pins of the wheel, holding the disk with our hand from turning.

Warning! Do not strike the working surface of the disc with a hammer.
