Removal
1. Relieve the fuel pressure in the fuel line (see "Fuel line - pressure relief").
2. Remove the air supply hose to the throttle valve (see "Throttle valve - drive adjustment").
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw securing the pressure plate and remove the plate.

4. Disconnect the hose from the fuel pressure regulator.

5. With an open-end wrench by 24 mm we unscrew the nut of the fuel drain pipe.

6. With a hex key by 5 mm we unscrew the two bolts securing the pressure regulator to the fuel rail.

7. Remove the pressure regulator.

Installation
Warning! The connection of the pressure regulator with the fuel rail and the fuel line tube are sealed with rubber rings. Check the condition of the rings on the new regulator. If they have cracks, breaks or other defects, replace the damaged sealing rings.
After lubricating the sealing ring with a thin layer of engine oil, install the new fuel pressure regulator in the reverse order.
