Removing
1. Relieve fuel pressure in the fuel line (see "Fuel Line - Pressure Relief")
2. Remove the receiver (see "Receiver - removal and installation").
3. Pressing on the spring clips, disconnect the wiring harness pads from the four injectors.
4. Open end wrench by 17 mm unscrew the ramp fitting while holding the hex end of the fuel line hose with a wrench of the same size.
5. We remove the hose tip from the fuel rail fitting and, prying it with a slotted screwdriver, remove the rubber sealing rings from the ends of the tubes.
Warning! Replace damaged sealing rings.
6. Hex key by 5 mm unscrew the two bolts securing the fuel rail to the intake manifold.
7. Remove the fuel rail assembly with injectors.
Attention! Be careful, there is a small amount of fuel left in the fuel rail.
Disassembly
1. Remove the latch with a slotted screwdriver.
2. Remove the nozzle from the fuel rail.
3. Similarly, remove the other three nozzles.
Warning! The connections of the injectors with the fuel rail and with the inlet pipeline are sealed with rubber rings. Any damaged O-rings must be replaced.
4. If necessary, use a metal cap from the wheel nipple to unscrew the spool of the diagnostic fitting.
Assembly and installation
We assemble and install the fuel rail in reverse order. Before assembly, coat the sealing rubber rings of the injectors with a thin layer of engine oil.
