1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the fitting on the air cleaner cover. Remove the clamp.
2. Remove the hose from the clamp on the air intake.
3. Unscrew the two front mounting nuts (in the direction of the car) air filter housings.
4. Please note: The nuts have serrated flanges and flat washers underneath them. Remove them.
5. Unscrew the rear filter mounting nut and remove the washer.
6. Loosen the clamp on the warm air supply hose.

9. Before installing the filter, remove the cover and take out the filter element. Install the filter housing in place so that the rubber seal fits tightly on the top cover of the carburetor. Insert the air intake pipe into the warm air supply hose, tighten the clamp.
