Attention! The car may be equipped with an exhaust system different from the one shown. It consists of only three non-separable elements: the intake pipe, the main and additional muffler unit and the exhaust pipe. These elements are connected to each other by flanges with sealing gaskets and can be replaced individually.
The rubber mounts of the exhaust system suspension are replaced if, due to damage or excessive deformation, the system elements begin to knock when in contact with the body or other units of the car.

3. While supporting the muffler, use a screwdriver to move the ends of the cushion off the bracket antennae and...

4....remove the pillow.

5. To replace the exhaust pipe suspension cushions, bend the bracket tabs on the pipe and...

6....based on the body.

7. Use a screwdriver to slide the ends of the cushions off the bracket antennae and...

8.... remove the cushions. Install the cushions in the reverse order of removal. In doing so, do not forget to bend the bracket tabs on the muffler and the body base to their original position.
